Deaconess Illinois Medical Center - Women's Health Fair

Deaconess Illinois is excited to partner with the Boyton Street Community Center in collaborating to bring a Women’s Health Fair on Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m at the Boyton Street Community Center. This first annual event is designed to empower women to take charge of their health by connecting them with valuable healthcare information, wellness resources and community support services.

The event will feature representatives from Deaconess Illinois clinics, specialty service lines and various community partners, all gathered to provide education and resources focused on women’s health and overall wellness. In addition, the Deaconess Illinois team will offer free laboratory blood draws to attendees along with a variety of other health screenings.

This collaborative event aims to make healthcare resources more accessible while encouraging women to prioritize preventive care and informed decision-making regarding their health.

"We are excited to partner with Boyton Street Community Center for this meaningful event focused on empowering women in our community," said Stephanie Mings, Regional Community Relations Manager for Deaconess Illinois. "By bringing together healthcare services, education and community resources in one place, we hope to encourage women to take an active role in their health and wellness journey."

The Women’s Health Fair is open to the public, and women of all ages are encouraged to attend.
