    Deaconess Clinic At Work – Employee Health Care Options

    Welcome to Deaconess Clinic At Work, a health program available to Warrick County School Corporation (WCSC) employees who participate in the Corporation’s health insurance plan or clinic access option.

    We are committed to providing you and your family with convenient, quality primary healthcare. Our services cover minor illnesses, injuries, chronic condition management, and general wellness support.

    Below are your healthcare options based on your needs and schedule:

    Boonville Clinic

    Hours:

    Monday: 6 AM - 3 PM
    Tuesday: 7 AM – 5 PM
    Wednesday: 7 AM - 11 AM
    Thursday: 6 AM - 3 PM
    Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM

    Available to: WCSC employees participating in insurance or clinic access option

    Newburgh Clinic
    Location:
    Castle South Middle School, 3711 Casey Road, Newburgh, IN 47630
    Hours:

    Monday: 7 AM – 5 PM
    Wednesday: 11 AM – 6 PM
    Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM

    Available to: WCSC employees participating in insurance or clinic access option

    Both our Boonville and Newburgh locations are open Monday through Friday, offering a wide range of primary care services, including acute care, chronic condition management, and preventive health services. On-site medications are available.

    Lynch Road Clinic

    Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM

    Best Choice:

    The Lynch Road Clinic should be your first choice on Saturdays, as it provides acute care services, some medications on-site, and is the most comparable to the care offered at our weekday clinic locations.

    Deaconess Clinic Express

    5 locations
     Available Saturdays from 8 AM - 8 PM 
     No medications on-hand:     Any prescribed medications will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, and you will be responsible for the charges.

    Service limitations: If services provided are outside the scope of what is available at Deaconess Clinic At Work, you will be financially responsible.

    If Lynch Road is unavailable, the Deaconess EXPRESS locations are your next best option.

    Urgent Care Video Visits

    On-demand and scheduled urgent care video visits are available to employees participating in Deaconess Clinic at Work available 24/7.

    MyChart

    You can use MyChart to communicate with your doctor, request prescription refills, manage appointments, see test results, and more. 

    24-hr Nurse Triage Line

    The Deaconess RN On Call service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a service available to anyone participating in Deaconess Clinic at Work. Call 812-450-7681.

    Mammography

    Schedule your annual screening mammogram at one of our locations.  An annual screening mammogram for women 40 and older is a covered benefit of WCSC insurance.
