Bringing Deaconess Clinic to You, Every Day 8 AM - 8 PM

Deaconess Clinic LIVE connects you with a health care provider wherever you are.  You can receive consultation, diagnosis, and/or treatment by using your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

Communicate directly with a Deaconess Clinic provider by secure, live, interactive video conference.  This is a convenient, low-cost option for diagnosing and treating minor illnesses.

This service is available for patients ages 12 years and older.

The cost is $49 per visit. There is no charge if, during the video conference, the provider determines an in-person visit is needed.​


Scheduling an Appointment                                                     
 
  • Choose "Schedule Now", and select your appointment time
  • Then log in to MyChart, or continue as a guest
    • Guest log-ins will be prompted to set up a MyChart account by following a few easy steps
  • Answer a short series of questions about your reason for visit
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with final instructions, including links for downloading Zoom software and completing your e-Check-in.

FAQs
  • Available 365 days each year, from 8 AM - 8 PM  
  • This service can be used by new or current patients, age 12 years and older, who are physically located anywhere in IN or KY
  • If the provider determines that a prescription is needed, the order will be sent to your local pharmacy; no controlled substances will be prescribed
  • A summary of your visit will be in MyChart and will be sent to your primary care physician
  • You can use a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone with a camera and microphone; make sure you have a reliable internet connection
This service is not for emergencies.  If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
