TRI-STATE – Deaconess Health System is thrilled to introduce a new service provided by Deaconess and KeyCare that brings healthcare right to your fingertips!
 
On-Demand Video Visits, Deaconess’ 24/7/365 urgent care video service, is now available, providing you with immediate access to healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home or wherever you are, in all 50 states.
 
This convenient service is covered by many insurance plans, and for those without coverage, the fee is just $65 per visit. Our goal is to ensure quality healthcare is more accessible and convenient for everyone in our community.
 
This service is available for both current Deaconess patients and those who are not yet patients. Anyone can obtain high-quality virtual urgent care with licensed providers via this telehealth service, which is powered by KeyCare. The service offers a convenient option for treating routine medical issues such as colds, fevers, headaches, nausea, allergies, sore throats, urinary tract infections, back pain and more.
 
You can access On-Demand Video Visits by logging onto your Deaconess MyChart account or visiting Deaconess.com/urgentcare and selecting On-Demand Video Visits.
