United StatesCalifornia Fight Antibiotic Resistance
904 16th St
Oakland, California 94607-3222
Organization Description: Our mission is to spread awareness about antibiotic resistance to people around the world by providing them resources and tools to help fight against the emergence of antibiotic resistance. As an infectious disease, antibiotics such as hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin have been used in order to aid those who have been infected. However, these drugs have been in shortage due to the pandemic. The next best way to protect against this virus is to wear a mask. As the number of cases has increased to 7.52 million, resulting in 210k deaths, the need for reusable masks has also increased. As an organization, we are looking to obtain 300 masks to distribute across the Oakland, California region. We are asking if you could donate reusable masks so that they can be handed out to the public in order to protect against COVID-19.
Needs: Both Adult and Child size. Our goal is 300 masks
