Organization Description: LA Community Care Medical Group is a family practice clinic located in Hawthorne, California that offers routine check-ups as well as diagnosis and management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and asthma. The practice also offers preventative care such as Pap smears and prostate cancer screening. We also offer immunization services for adult and pediatric patients in addition to on site radiology services such as x-rays, ultrasounds, and mammograms.
Needs: A donation of 500 N95 adult size masks (and whatever other PPE materials you may have) would allow our office to continue the vital work of caring for patients. Thank you so much for all you have done and continue to do to help health workers and first responders take care of us during these difficult times.

We are a distribution center and our employees are exposed to the products that will eventually end up in our community’s homes. We are able to find face mask anywhere and we need to protect our employees and the products going to consumers.

Organization Description: To whom it may concern, The department of Relative Support Services of CAA works closely with formal and informal foster families to assist them with resources and services necessary to caregiving of the children placed in their home. We rely on in-house resources, as well as donations from our partners. On November 19, 2021, we are hosting a Caregiver Appreciation grocery and giveaways drive-through, in spirits of the holidays. Understanding that Covid-19 still poses as a public health threat, we would like to be able to also offer the families as many face masks as possible. In addition, to the event, it will be great to have extra masks in our supply banks, shall any individual need arises in the current future.
