VALLEJO, California 94580
Organization Description: We are a home health agency in the San Francisco Bay Area under "Shelter at Home" protocol that sends nurses to the location of homebound patients (currently non-positive covid19 patients), so there is a possibility of the virus spreading when clinicians are visiting multiple locations each day. Our current supply of masks are depleting due to our patients requesting our visiting clinicians to wear masks, and of course, our current suppliers have been out of stock for some time now.
Needs: 40-50 adult masks for our clinicians in the field, thank you
