Organization Description: Hospice and end of life care for patients in the Sacramento area.
Needs: We will take any amount of masks available. The majority of our patients are in nursing homes who are not allowing anyone in except our nurses. Our nurses would be eternally grateful for more masks to reduce their chances of contamination. Adult size only.

Organization Description: The Monterey County Health Department clinics offer the following services, Preventative and Primary Care for adults and children, Adult and Well Child Exams, Family Planning including STD screening/treatment, Obstetrics Care, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), Chronic Adult Illness Management, Latent Tuberculosis Treatment (LTBI), Adult and Child Psychiatry.
Needs: They will be used for Admin staff, Providers, MA's, etc. as PPE. We are a County staff of over 300. We have 10 Clinics in which 3 are currently running Covid-19 Testing. More of our Clinics may in the future. We would really appreciate the donation. We will accept any sizes including child size for our patients at Pediatrics.

Organization Description: Valley Health Associates is a small non profit agency located in Salinas, who continues to remain open to serve our clients who suffer from substance use disorders. Valley Health is currently serving approx 180 active SUD clients between our three programs, in which majority are homeless and meet the criteria of high risk for COVID-19. At this time, Valley Health continues to struggle to obtain appropriate PPE specifically masks and gloves.

Organization Description: Hello, I would like to thank you for the services you are doing. I am a Service Coordinator at 2 different apt sites in SD CA. One building , I work closely with 220 seniors. The other building I work with 290 ex Veterans and ex homeless (ages 18 years of age -90 years old). I assist these residents with their needs in all different areas in an attempt to keep them living independently. I am looking to give them each a mask they can call their own through this pandemic.

Organization Description: We are a hospice company serving all San Diego county! We have RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Hospice Aides, Chaplains, Music Therapists, and Social Workers all serving patients and families (in their facilities and homes) at the end of life during this already tumultuous time. We would love to have some handmade masks they can use to protect themselves. Any help is appreciated, and we thank you for this incredible service!!

Organization Description: Think Dignity is a local homeless advocacy agency with both social and legal services geared towards providing basic dignity to individuals experiencing homelessness. These services include a Transitional Storage Center, mobile showers, and legal representation.
Needs: Our Transitional Storage Center is centrally located in the East Village neighborhood, and therefore a resource hub for our homeless community in this area. We need as many as 100 masks a week to be able to provide a critical reosurce for our vulnerable communities.
