Once approved for a clinical rotation, the academic coordinator at Deaconess will email an ACEMAPP registration link to you. Follow the link to create an account on the ACEMAPP website.
ACEMAPP is a secure, online, clinical rotation matching, on-boarding, and document storage solution for clinical sites. Deaconess will begin using this system on February 1, 2019 to organize and streamline our clinical education scheduling and onboarding process for NP and PA students.
Once you are registered in ACEMAPP, complete the online orientation and submit required documentation as instructed. This step must be complete before clinic rotations begin.
The academic coordinator at Deaconess will monitor ACEMAPP assignments and make sure you complete all necessary actions.
There is a $50 annual fee for students.
