What is ScriptCenter?
ScriptCenter is a convenient medication dispensing kiosk that provides enhanced access to prescription pick up.

Who Can Use ScriptCenter?
ScriptCenter can be used by Deaconess employees and their family members even if they do not have a Deaconess employee health plan.

Who Fills My Prescriptions, and How Do They Get into ScriptCenter?
Room-temperature medications are filled by Deaconess Family Pharmacy Gateway and loaded into ScriptCenter for you to pick up at your convenience.

When Is ScriptCenter Open?
ScriptCenter is available 24/7.

Where Is ScriptCenter Located?
The kiosk is located in Gateway MOB 2 across from Pediatric Urgent Care entrance and near the employee parking garage entrance.

Is There a Charge for Using ScriptCenter?
No. ScriptCenter is a FREE service.

How Do I Pay for My Prescriptions?
You can use a debit card, credit card or FSA card at ScriptCenter when you pick up your prescriptions.

When Will My Prescriptions Be Ready?

  • Prescriptions completed before noon Monday-Saturday will be ready for pick up the same day after 5:00 PM.
  • Prescriptions  completed after noon will be available the next business day by noon.

How Long Will My Prescriptions Stay in ScriptCenter?
Prescriptions not picked up within 10 days are returned to the pharmacy.

How Do I Request Pickup at the Kiosk?
When requesting a refill via Mychart, select “ScriptCenter Gateway” as your pickup location. If you do not have Mychart, you may call the pharmacy and speak to a Deaconess Pharmacy staff member to request ScriptCenter pickup.

Can All My Prescriptions Be Picked Up at ScriptCenter?
The kiosk is intended for prescription refills.  First fills, refrigerated items, and medications requiring mixing (e.g. antibiotic suspensions) must be picked up at the pharmacy counter or drive-thru window.  Controlled substance prescriptions will require a driver’s license to be scanned.

Will I Be Notified When My Prescriptions Are Ready at the Kiosk?
Yes. You will get a text message on your phone with a unique claim number that is required to access your prescription.

Can I Pick Up My Family Members’ Prescriptions at the Kiosk?
Yes. You will need the unique claim number and the patient’s date of birth to claim prescriptions from the kiosk.

Can I Talk to Someone at the Pharmacy from the Kiosk if I Have Questions?
Yes. ScriptCenter is equipped with a phone and camera. Calls from the kiosk will be directed to Deaconess Family Pharmacy Gateway during normal business hours. After-hours consultation with a pharmacist is available at the kiosk as well.
