Your Wellness Pathway Program

New for the 2022-2023 Program Year
Your Wellness Pathway Programs will be 12 weeks long and include in depth coaching to help you with your health and wellness goals. Earn $250 HRA when you complete the entire Pathway program. Fill out this link — 2022-2023 Pathway Sign Up — and a Wellness Coach will reach out to you to get started. The official program ends after 12 weeks, however you still have the ability to check in with your coach for support. See below descriptions for the 3 different Your Wellness Pathway Options:

Jumpstart into Fitness:
12 week long pathway where you work one on one with a Personal Trainer to give you the tools you needs to work out on your own. We will have 2 training sessions a week between the weekday hours of 7:00am-4:00pm, located at the fitness centers (Eagle Crest or Midtown). You will receive education along the way to help with a healthy lifestyle with a focus on physical activity.

Weight Loss:
A 12 week pathway where they assess where you’re currently at and talk about your goals, struggles, and readiness to change and develop a plan specifically for you to reach your goals. The focus is on sustainable lifelong changes, not a quick fix. You get measurements on week 1, 6, and 12, weekly email check-ins with your coach, as well as, nutrition guidance and customized written workouts or training.

Behavioral Change:
A 12 week program focusing on making lifestyle changes. Topics to focus on include increasing physical activity, lowering/monitoring cholesterol, general nutritional guidance, stress management, sleep, etc. This pathway is for those who are wanting to make lifestyle changes that may not fit into the other two pathways. This program will consist of 4 in-person one-on-one coaching sessions with weekly/bi-weekly email check-ins as deemed appropriate based on your goal.
