Deaconess Clinic Wellness Solutions offers an executive physicals program to expedite the process of yearly preventive care screenings for your executive leadership staff members.
Executive physicals include:
- Physical exam
- Routine blood work
- Preventive health screenings
- Vision and hearing screening
- Nutrition assessment
- Cardiovascular health screening
All services take place on the Deaconess Gateway Hospital Campus in one visit and the entire process takes three hours or less. A nurse will come to your office to draw blood in advance of a scheduled appointment.

This way, results are available for review on the day of the physical. Upon completion of the services, electronic documentation of test results and other findings is provided to the executive in a confidential, easy to understand format.
All information can be shared with a primary care provider. This program does not seek to replace or interfere with established doctor-patient relationships.
