Adam is always so patient and willing to help me. He is awesome.
There wasn't much to discuss just a checkup for meds.

Always a great experience
I took a depression questionnaire before seeing the doctor. Not sure why this was taken? It wasn't discussed during the visit. I honestly stated on it that I am severely depressed. You would think that would be a concern
I told the doctor I wanted to get my prescriptions though Anthem mail order. He said he didn't know how to do this and wants me to find out. DAH! He has a nurse and staff to do his work. I am the patient
I like dr Rudolph because he listens to what I have to say I've had other doctors who didn't.
Dr. Rudolph is knowledgeable , dependable and has great compassion for his patients.
Dr is nice but didn't listen to heart or lungs. Something our previous doctor always did.
Problem cause unlnown
This appointment was regarding a follow up from a hospitalization. Concerns were given about recurrent G.I. Issues related to numerous antibiotics administered in a months time. My true concern is when these symptoms did arise three days after my initial appointment, I did reach out regarding the symptoms that were occurring. My goal was to at all cost not to return to the hospital. I feel my voice wasn't heard and the timing of requested Lab was not going to benefit me in any manner. Since I had previously had this diagnosis, I felt that my voice was not heard. Unfortunately, I ended up back in the ER to help with my symptoms.
I've only been seeing this Doctor for a few months. The care has been fair to good. I find it difficult to establish a rapport. I feel like the goal is to get me in and out in the shortest time possible. I understand that a doctor has to keep his schedule moving in order to see all patients. I have been a patient of two Deaconess doctors for the past 20 years. I had an excellent rapport with the first one, and only changed because he chose another path. I chose the second Doctor for proximity to my home and based on other's opinions. I also wanted to stay with Deaconess clinic because of the good care I have received. Maybe I just need to give it a little more time.
