Ms Nall was one of the best Pa's I've been seen by. She looked at me not the computer while talking to me about my problems and she thoroughly explained the options for the cause and how she would help solve them. In a world full of technology how refreshing it was to be seen and heard by someone who was attention was solely on me not typing on the computer.
