Dr. Tiffany Frey is the best doctor! She always shows so much care and concern, especially for her younger patients! This time around, she was wearing a mask is how much extra care she takes of her patients! We appreciate all that she does and we would never go anywhere else! One of the best doctors Deaconess has and we are so grateful to have her as our doctor!

If you are wanting a bad comment about this practice, I won't or can't give you one. They all know there jobs and are pleasant people!!
It didn't feel very personal. I know I didn't have anything wrong during my well-visit so there isn't much to do, but it just felt like I was being moved along.
I was just there to establish being a patient so I didn't have a lot to talk about since I got my physical in Nov, but Dr Frey made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything and didn't push me into anything when I was telling her about some problems that I am fine with taking OTC meds for at home

Dr Frey is always professional and yet very personable she makes me feel at ease with any issues and she told me I am doing great. That is such an encouraging word to hear at my age and my strive to better health. I do recommend her to my family members and friends she is the best !

Dr Frey is absolutely wonderful and addresses any issues or concerns . She is very kind and caring.
The doctor initially came across as very negative and dismissive regarding medications my family has been prescribed, immediately saying no without much explanation. Although she did provide some reasoning later in the visit and offered a small alternative, the way it was communicated at the beginning felt overly critical and discouraging. Because of that initial tone, it made it difficult to feel comfortable considering her recommendation, and I ultimately declined. I would have appreciated a more balanced and respectful approach from the start, with clear explanations before forming such a strong negative stance.
Dr. Tiffany Frey is the consummate professional and and an extremely knowledgeable physician. Her "bedside manner" is a healing balm in itself and allows for trustworthiness. I have great confidence in her abilities and am pleased she and her family have chosen Evansville as their home. As I grow older (now) 76, I am grateful she will be here to care for me.

Dr. Frey is extremely dismissive when it comes to taking my concerns seriously. When it comes to diagnosing chronic illness, she is awful. She makes me feel like she doesn't care about my health. It is so difficult to get her to believe that I am experiencing symptoms. She lacks empathy for clients.
I was very impressed with Dr. Frey about her knowledge and concern for my health goals.
