Dr. Carter is no longer in my network, but I will rather self-pay to have him as my Doctor then go elsewhere.

Dr Carter is the best- I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a provider. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, he never makes my visits feel rushed and he's very personable and asks how the rest of my family is doing as well.
