Ms. Williams had 17 years of health care experience before joining Deaconess as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 5 years of that experience started as a certified nursing assistant. She then gained 8 years experience as a professional registered nurse (5 years of acute care, emergency room, trauma, intensive care; 1 year of experience in long term care dementia and Alzheimer’s unit; 4 years of experience in long term acute care and wound care; 8 years of experience in a leadership or management role).
During her MSN training, she earned 4 years experience in specialty clinical rotations, 185 hours each: Cardiology, Nephrology, Internal Medicine, Acute Care, Primary Care for three terms, Urgent Care, and Pediatrics.
