    EXPERIENCE

    Before joining Deaconess Clinic, Ms. Bartlett worked both as a Nurse Practitioner in a rehabilitation hospital as well as in a family practice setting. As a registered nurse, Ms. Bartlett has 12 years of experience in critical care nursing practice providing critical care services to transplant, cardiac, and pulmonary patients in large, urban academic medical centers. She also spent six years of that building leadership skills as a charge nurse and/or house supervisor.
