I feel as if there needs to be a LOT more education on perimenopause. I feel as if my concerns were blown off due to be a mother and the stress that comes with that. I've added supplements via my own reading and research, but didn't get much feedback. I also was told to add a supplement at last years appt, but nothing was mentioned about if it was helping or not.
