All company employees and members of their household may use our services.
What is an employee assistance program (EAP)?
Our employee assistance program offers the services of counselors who are trained to deal with a wide variety of employee problems. They offer professional support and direction toward resolving problems. Although CONCERN EAP can help you through a crisis, it is primarily designed to help you manage life changes in areas such as:
- Family/Marital Concerns
- Alcohol/Drug Abuse
- Financial Issues
- Work Related Issues
- Parenting Issues
- Eldercare Concerns

When are counselors available?
CONCERN counselors are available when you need them. For your convenience, appointments may be arranged during the day or in the evening, Monday through Friday. Call 812/471-4611 or 800/874-7104 to schedule an appointment.
To schedule an appointment in the Owensboro, KY office, call 270/686-8984 or 800/491-7144. In case of emergency, you may reach a CONCERN EAP counselor 24-hours/day, 7 days/week at 812/471-4611 or 800/874-7104.
Where are CONCERN EAP offices located?
CONCERN EAP offers five convenient locations in the Tri-State. For employees living outside the immediate Evansville Tri-State area, we have established a network of counselors who have offices near your home or workplace. How much are counseling services?
Services of CONCERN are a benefit provided by your employer. You and members of your household may use the program at NO COST.
If you and your counselor decide that you would benefit from services beyond traditional EAP services, you will be responsible for any costs not covered by insurance. Contact your Human Resources Department regarding insurance benefits.
