Training Programs & Seminars

Center for Employee Development

Some topics are pertinent to  all work groups, regardless of business type. For example, we've found that all employers want to educate their employees about ethics in the workplace, sexual harassment, teamwork, stress management, anger management, and balancing work and family. Likewise, employers understand the benefit of training supervisors about tools necessary to excel in their jobs. To meet these needs, we offer professional development programs on a rotating basis.

Training sessions, which include lunch, are presented quarterly from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. Sessions are on Wednesdays and are held at Deaconess Cross Pointe, 7200 E. Indiana Ave., located near the intersection of the Lloyd Expressway and I-69.

Each session costs $25, but the fee will be waived for employees of companies who utilize CONCERN as their EAP.

Upon request, all programs offered through the Center for Employee Development may be presented on-site.
