Welcome to Deaconess Clinic

Deaconess Clinic is the largest medical group in the region with more than 260 physicians and advance level practitioners in 30 locations providing a wide variety of health services.

Deaconess Clinic was formed in October 2008 with the merger of Welborn Clinic and Deaconess Medical Group.  Since then we have grown rapidly, to continue our efforts to meet the needs of our patients and our communities by adding physicians in a variety of specialties and locations.
 
The Clinic, together with Deaconess Health System, has been at the forefront of technology and improving patient experience. We do this to help our doctors provide personalized care for you with the best technology available. We use Epic, an electronic medical record that allows access to your records by any physician in the Deaconess system. Test results, x-rays, medical history and other information your doctor needs is right at their fingertips. This also improves safety, overall efficiency and reduces risk and cost of repeating tests unnecessarily.
 
MyChart, our patient portal, allows you to review your diagnoses, test and x-ray results, immunization history, allergies, medications, and to communicate requests for prescription refills, appointments, and minor medical questions directly to your physician.
