Description:
A 30 minute class that will involve a mix of cardio, strength training and stretching. Modifications for all levels will be available.
Parking: Parking is limited at the HSB, please arrive early. Parking options would be in the side lot (old Covance lot), walking from the main lot of the Hospital, Oakley St., or the detached parking garage. The HSB is locked but there will be a coach there to let you in and point you in the right direction.
