Yoga for bone health is for anyone who's goal is to improve the softer tissues of cartilage and ligaments as well as bone. Poses are geared toward muscle, bone, weight bearing and balance strength. Studies have shown an increase in flexibility, improved balance to reduce falls and bone strengthening benefits. This 1 hour class also offers education and proper alignment for each pose by a certified yoga instructor with training in osteoporosis and osteopenia. This is an all levels class.
4 week session. $15 per session, all due at time of registration
