This educational session will provide a follow up on applying the principles of meal planning and lifestyle management and will expand how to navigate eating out and the use of alcoholic beverages. The impact of physical activity and stress on blood glucose will also be discussed as well as effective stress control techniques to help participants to recognize and manage stressful situations in their lives.
There are 5 classes in the series:

- #3 LifeStyle (5/28/2021)
- #4 Risk Reduction (6/11/2021)
- #5 Continue the Journey (6/25/2021)
These classes should be taken in order (as much as possible) and you must have an assessment appointment with an educator before attending a group class.
