Mental Health America Annual Symposium
Since surviving his suicide attempt from the Golden Gate Bridge, Kevin Hines has developed a 10-step regimen to stay on track and monitor his mental wellness. Join us as he discusses clinical studies that prove why these are important for EVERYONE not just those with a mental illness. Audiences come away with the knowledge of how to build their own toolkit for maintaining wellness for themselves and others.
