Description: Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.  Studies have suggested that prenatal yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility needed for childbirth and decrease low back pain, nausea, carpel tunnel syndrome and headaches. Join our certified prenatal yoga instructor for a 4-week yoga session and see the benefits for yourself.
 
Location: The Women’s Hospital Wellness Center – 3rd Floor
 
Time: 5:45pm – 7:00pm

Session dates:
June 12, Jun 19, June 26, & July 3

Cost: $40 for 4-week session- once a week on Mondays
Single sessions are available for $10/session.  Call 812-842-4511 for more information.
