Medication Management

Deaconess Cross Pointe offers the services of psychiatrists and advanced practice nurses to provide the latest in medication management services. Initial evaluations may be done by our CARE (Call Assessment Referral Evaluation) Team.

Partial Hospitalization Program

The Partial Hospitalization Program offers intensive mental health treatment five days a week, with the patient returning home every afternoon and weekends. This provides an intensive therapeutic experience while maintaining involvement and support within the home, community and work environments. The program is for patients who have been thoroughly assessed to ensure they will benefit from this level of care.

The staff of the partial hospitalization program is an interdisciplinary treatment team which includes a psychiatrist, a therapist and a nurse. Patients are encouraged to be active members of their treatment team. Treatment may include individual therapy, group therapy, education, skill building and family therapy. The length of stay in the program is individualized and based on patient need.

Chemical Dependency Treatment

Before admission to the chemical dependency treatment program, patients are assessed by one of our licensed and trained professionals. After the assessment, a physician and a chemical dependency therapist determine the appropriate level of care, which may include inpatient or outpatient treatment.
