Deaconess Names Manager of Patient Affairs

Nick Dus was recently promoted to manager of Patient Affairs for Deaconess Hospital. In his new role, Dus is responsible for the Patient Relations department and patient satisfaction for Deaconess Hospital, including Deaconess Gateway Hospital, Deaconess Cross Pointe and Deaconess Clinic. Dus is also the manager of the Orthopedic Product Line for Deaconess Health System.

Dus graduated Indiana University in 2005 with a bachelor’s of science degree in health administration and in 2007 he obtained his master’s of health administration from Indiana University. Dus joined Deaconess in 2007 in the Quality Improvement Department where he was a management engineer. Prior to Deaconess, Dus was an administration coordinator at Suburban Health Organization in Indianapolis.
