Description	What if you were at risk for an aneurysm or stroke, and didn’t know it? The Deaconess Primary Stroke Center, a JCAHO Certified/Gold Seal of Approval-winning stroke program, is offering a comprehensive screenings events to help you learn of your risk for stroke or aneurysm. This Health Finder screenings event is also presented by the Deaconess Resource Center. The comprehensive screenings package, at a cost of $159 (or two for $249), will include: -Electrocardiogram (EKG) test -Stroke/carotid artery ultrasound test -Abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound test -Ankle/brachial index (ABI) leg/extremity arterial circulation test These screenings are “fee-for-service,” and a physician order is not required. The ultrasound tests will be read by board certified radiologists; you will be notified of your results at a later date. Additional optional screenings will be available to those who participate in the comprehensive package. Patients can select from the following optional screenings: -Fasting lipid profile & blood glucose - $33 -A1C test (long-term blood glucose measurement) - $10 -PSA (prostate screening) - $20 Free blood pressure screenings and educational health information will also be provided.
