Deaconess LifeQuest is a comprehensive wellness program designed to meet the unique needs of diverse employee groups throughout the Tri-State. Services are provided at worksites to maximize accessibility.

Program Benefits
While worksite wellness benefits employees and their healthcare providers, there are also significant benefits for the employer:

• 	Certified Wellness Program We are now a Certified Wellness Program. This tax credit seeks to recognize those businesses that are working to improve Indiana ’s health status by providing wellness opportunities for their employees. All corporate wellness clients may now qualify for a tax credit. To learn more, go to Indiana State Department of Health

  Lower medical claims (due to fewer unnecessary visits to emergency rooms, urgent care centers and physician offices; fewer hospital admissions; and reduced length of stay)
