About Massage Therapy
As a part of our comprehensive services at The Women’s Hospital, we provide patients with an environment of peace and relaxation at our Center for Healing Arts.
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of one’s muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Massage is performed either as a relaxation or therapeutic treatment depending upon a person’s particular needs.
