Patient Concierge Services
In many cases, our concierge is a part of your journey beginning with your pregnancy. You may have your first opportunity to meet her during a hospital tour. She will guide you through areas of the hospital where you may go as a patient and answer questions you may have about your stay.
From there, our concierge has the opportunity to visit with each patient during their stay to offer a thank you gift for choosing The Women's Hospital. She also talks with patients to ensure that our team is delivering on our promise and meeting your expectations during your stay.
Any gifts or flowers delivered to the hospital will then be personally delivered by the concierge to your room.
Our hospitality concierge is responsible for maintenance and updating of patient and visitor guides as well as an area guide.
The patient and visitor guide is a binder that can be found in your patient room and is labeled with your room number. This binder includes chaplain information and a spiritual resources listing, a channel guide and room service menu among other important items that a patient may use as resources.
The area guide can be found by visiting our concierge desk located just past the glass doors as you are transitioning from the lobby into the patient care areas of The Women's Hospital. This has listings of local restaurants, hotels, shopping, and other area attractions.
