Record Phone Transactions for Use in Denials Management

When providers dial through VoiCert for a phone-based healthcare transaction, VoiCert MC (Monitored Call) records the conversation and stores it for later retrieval or review through VoiCert Tracker (VCT). VoiCert MC permanently captures calls for use in denials management. It is useful for recording:
