Scheduling GI Endoscopy:
Call 812/450-3095 or 812/450-3087 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., or Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and provide:
- Patient's Name
- Home Phone Number
- Physician
- Procedure/ CPT Code
- Date/Time of Procedure
- For ERCP, add DOB
Scheduling Pre-Admission Testing
Call 812/450-5252 and select option #4 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Patients may be scheduled for Pre-Admission Testing in two ways:
- Office may schedule appointment through the Call Center at 812/450-5252.
- Deaconess Hospital personnel can call the patient and schedule.
