Using Home Services

Deaconess Home Services is located on the Deaconess Hospital campus at 701 Garfield Avenue in Evansville, Indiana.

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm.  Registered nurses and pharmacists are available 24 hours a day to answer questions and respond to emergencies.

Insurance Participation

Experienced customer service representatives file Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and managed care claims. Deaconess Home Services is a preferred provider to most national and regional insurers.

Our Service Area

Deaconess Home Medical Equipment services are provided to Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky residents in these highlighted counties.

Deaconess Home Care and Deaconess Hospice Care services are available to Indiana residents within a 40-mile radius, as indicated with the yellow stripes.

Delivery

For our patients' convenience, professional skilled technicians are available for equipment delivery, teaching and support 24 hours a day.
