The pharmacy is staffed by your trusted Deaconess pharmacists and technicians and will offer great service to Deaconess’ patients and workforce.

Deaconess Family Pharmacy is located on the first floor of Deaconess Hospital, just down from the Hahn elevators. Click below for both

When is it open?
Deaconess Family Pharmacy will be open
- Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Gateway Family Pharmacy will be open
- Monday-Friday 7 am - 7pm
- No pick-up Saturday and Sunday
Who can use the Deaconess Family Pharmacy?
The pharmacy will serve the following:
- Employees, physicians on medical staff, students on Deaconess rotations, and their dependent family members
- Patients of Deaconess and Deaconess-owned facilities
- Deaconess volunteers
- Board members
Will it offer the same medications I currently use?
Yes. Deaconess Family Pharmacy provides a full line of prescription medications and a selection of over-the-counter items.

Deaconess Family Pharmacy will offer the option to pick up prescriptions and purchase over-the-counter medications at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital Pharmacy for your convenience.
Why is Deaconess establishing this pharmacy?
Deaconess is launching the Family Pharmacy to provide a benefit for employees and others, to provide superior service to patients, and to integrate into efforts to reduce costs to the Health System and members of our Deaconess family.
My prescription was last filled at another pharmacy. How do I move my prescription to the Deaconess Family Pharmacy?
We offer easy prescription transfers. Simply contact a member of the helpful Family Pharmacy staff with your information, and we’ll do the rest.
