Sleep Center testing is an outpatient procedure covered to some extent by most insurance plans. However, as individual policies vary, you should contact your insurance provider to confirm what portions of the testing may be covered.
The Sleep Center is an out patient facility of Deaconess Hospital; therefore you will receive a bill from the Hospital, not the Sleep Center. It is the policy of Deaconess Hospital to obtain payment at time of service. This is verified through your insurance plan according to the procedure being performed. Please note that you will receive a separate bill from the physician. If you are unable to pay because of financial difficulty, please do not cancel your appointment.
