Our Stroke Team's Success
The key to our Stroke Team's success is timeliness. They treat stroke before it has time to wreak havoc on the brain.
According to the American Stroke Association, stroke patients are best cared for in hospitals with a dedicated stroke team. In fact, acute stroke patients are twice as likely to receive effective and timely medication in facilities with a dedicated stroke team than in hospitals without a team in place.
