Medication Assistance Program

Prescription medications are an important part of your total health care. Unfortunately, many patients can't afford the medications they need. As your health care provider, our goal is to help you get well and stay well. That is why we offer the Medication Assistance Program (MAP) to help you get your medications in times of need.

The Medication Assistance Program works through a variety of public and private services that can help you get your medications at no cost when you need help. We will check your list of medications and link you with specific services or programs that may provide the medications. It is then up to those individual programs whether or not they approve your medication request. If you are approved, your enrollment is generally good for one year. If you require assistance beyond this, you may reapply.
