Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes, and it is estimated to affect more than 20 million Americans. If left uncontrolled, diabetes can increase the risk of developing complications, such as heart attack, stroke, nerve damage, kidney damage and eye damage.

Deaconess Clinic physicians are participating in a national research study to evaluate an investigational combination medication for diabetics who are not well controlled.
To qualify for the study, you must be age 18 or older and be using insulin to treat type 2 diabetes.

Qualified participants will receive study-related medical care and study medications at
no cost and may receive compensation for time and travel.
