The Women's Hospital to Host Rocking Chair Dedication Ceremony

The Women’s Hospital will host a rocking chair dedication at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 9 in the Engel Board Room, which is located on the first floor of the hospital. Cake and punch will be served.
NEWBURGH, IN – The Women’s Hospital will host a rocking chair dedication at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 9 in the Engel Board Room, which is located on the first floor of the hospital. Cake and punch will be served.
The rocking chair is being given to The Women’s Hospital by the March of Dimes because of a March of Dimes Ambassador Family who raised an abundance of money for the cause. Shawn and Matt Ault were named as the 2011 March of Dimes Ambassador Family for Knox County. The family raised more than $6,000 for the March of Dimes, which earned them a Cracker Barrel rocking chair to be donated to any hospital of their choosing. The Aults chose The Women’s Hospital, who will put the rocking chair in the NICU parenting room.
The Ault family will dedicate the rocking chair in memory of their daughter, Marlee Joanne Ault, who was stillborn at 24 weeks gestation at The Women’s Hospital on December 3, 2009.
