Deaconess is seeking an Adult Clinical Psychologist who will be part of a Behavioral Health team comprised of seven providers. The primary responsibility of this position will be to deliver outpatient diagnostic and treatment services to adult patients served by a growing Deaconess Clinic.

Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking full-time CRNA’s to  join their growing team.  Candidates should be certified by the NBCRNA and hold an active Indiana license.  210 shifts/year required for F-T status.  Location of primary anesthesia services will be in the OR and GI Lab.  The CRNA will work under the direction of the operating physician on the floors & in the procedure center, and under the direction of the supervising anesthesiologist in the OR’s.  1-3 years of experience is preferred but not required.  Coverage will be Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation as required. 

F-T position available, 72 hrs./pay
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Podiatry team. This provider will work with Dr. Jason Denton and Dr. Brant Dodson, and will be utilized to provide routine foot care, simple post-op rechecks, and acute care visits.  This position works daytime hours Monday through Friday (hours to be defined during interview) at both the Deaconess Clinic Downtown and Deaconess Clinic Gateway Health Center locations.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana with full prescriptive authority and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
DSS position available
Deaconess Cross Pointe is seeking a DSS Nurse Practitioner to join our experienced team of five Psychiatrists and several Advanced Practice Nurses.  This position does not require Mental Health Certification or specialist.  The APRN will complete History & Physicals on newly admitted patients on a rotating basis with 2 other APRNs.  Volumes will vary based new admissions each day, as will the hours.  Typical day consist of 3-4 hours and the APRN is typically scheduled 2 days per week.  Weekend coverage is rotated among APRNs.  Schedules are determined at least 1 month in advance.  Monday-Friday H&Ps are completed late afternoon or early evening.  H&Ps on the weekend can be completed at any time during the day or evening.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana with full prescriptive authority and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner.
F-T position available, 80 hrs./pay
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join the Oncology team. This position will work as a member of the Deaconess Cancer Services Medical Oncology team with Dr. Maqbool Ahmed, Dr. Amy Braden, Dr. Chris Braden and Dr. Devi Kodali. Schedule will include inpatient consultation and rounding as well as scheduled time seeing patients in an office setting.  This position works daytime hours Monday through Friday (hours to be defined during interview) and is closed on all major holidays.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana with full prescriptive authority and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner.
F-T evening position available, 80 hrs./pay
Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Deaconess Care Group.  This provider extends the services of the Deaconess Care Group Hospitalists by providing comprehensive health assessments, determining diagnosis, plans and prescribing treatments and managing health care regimens in collaboration with the designated physicians.  This position works evenings Monday through Friday and hours will be based on departmental need, typically 1:00-11:00 p.m.  This position includes some swing shifts, weekend work (1:3) and holiday coverage.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana with full prescriptive authority and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
DSS position available
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a  DSS Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Gastroenterology team. This position will encompass inpatient rounding and consultative responsibilities, as well as outpatient procedure follow up and acute add on visits.  DSS providers would work as needed and would provide coverage for vacations, FMLA, and other unexpected absences.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana with full prescriptive authority and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.

Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Deaconess Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care team.  The provider will work 2 days/week (9a-5p) in Occupational Medicine as a member of a 3-physician and 2-nurse practitioner team who provides services in 4 locations.  The provider will also work 2 days/week (8a-8p) in Urgent Care as a member of a 3-physician and 10-nurse practitioner team who provides services in 3 locations.  Typical Occ. Med. Visits include pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals and occupational injury care.  Typical Urgent Care visits include routine acute care services and procedures, including laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nails, splinting and foreign body removal.  Rotating holiday coverage.  Candidates should be licensed in the state of Indiana and Kentucky and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
Deaconess Hospital seeks an experienced provider to join the Orthopedic medical management team currently consisting of two ACNP's and two nurse navigators.  The hourly, F-T, rotating schedule includes both Deaconess (main) and Deaconess Gateway locations, rotating weekends and evenings, and holiday coverage.  Hours vary as orthopedic volumes fluctuate throughout the week, however, no night shifts (some night call required which does not result in coming in on call).  Rotating holiday/evening and weekend coverage.
Requirements/Prerequisites:
Experienced ACNP (minimum one year as ACNP).
New Graduate ACNP w/ minimum two years nursing experience.
FNP w/ minimum two years nursing experience.
PA-C w/ minimum one year experience, with full prescriptive authority. 

ICU/Trauma experience preferred, but not required.
P-T position available, 40 hrs./pay
Deaconess Cross Pointe is seeking a part-time Mental Health/Psychiatric Advance Practice Nurse to join our experienced team of five Psychiatrists and several Advanced Practice Nurses.  This provider will make rounds on Saturday and Sunday for a group of patients, ages 10 and up.  Rounds may include completing psychiatric evaluation(s) on a new admission, required completion within 24 hours of admission, and follow up visits for other patients assigned.  This provider has the option of working 3 of 4 weekends or working 2 of 4 weekends with 2 weeknights of call coverage.  Call consists of responding to intake, CARE Team, calls to triage patients being assessed in Deaconess Emergency Departments and/or at Deaconess Cross Pointe.  This position requires licensure in the state of Indiana and certification by the ANCC/AANP as a Certified Mental Health/Psychiatric Advance Practice Nurse.
