F-T, 80 hrs./pay
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Deaconess Clinic Urology Department. The NP/PA will work in the office with Drs. Klink and Vincent seeing post-op and follow-up patients. May see some new patients/consults in conjunction with the MD. This position will have some after hours on-call responsibility. This employed position offers excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Fully integrated EMR system (Epic) between clinics and hospitals. Candidates must have a valid license to practice in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
F-T, 80 hours/pay (Monday-Friday)
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Deaconess Clinic Urology Department.  The NP/PA will work in the inpatient setting to provide rounding and consultative services along with another NP/PA from the department.  The hours will typically be Monday-Friday, daytime hours, with some variation possible.  This employed position offers excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.  Fully integrated EMR system (Epic) between clinics and hospitals.  Candidates must be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking a full-time ACNP or FNP to join their staff in the Palliative Care Department.  This full-time position will provide Palliative Care services at Deaconess Hospital, Deaconess Gateway Hospital and The Heart Hospital and work collaboratively with the Palliative Care Consult team and DHS personnel to address symptom management and goals of care for patients with chronic illnesses.  The Palliative Care team consists of a part-time physician, two full-time nurse practitioners, a full-time nurse (certified in Hospice and Palliative Care), a full-time social worker, and chaplains and pharmacists from various units.  Hours are Monday-Friday (8 am – 5 pm), no holidays or weekends and no on-call responsibilities at this time.  As an employee of Deaconess, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package.

P-T, DSS position

Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking a full-time ACNP or NP to join their staff in the Orthopedic Department.  This position will provide services mainly at Deaconess Hospital and be responsible for the implementation of the hip fracture program as well as other orthopedic services.  The NP may also provide coverage at Deaconess Gateway Hospital to support the existing NP and PA as required.  Shifts for this position will be predominantly days, including weekend rotation.  Master’s degree with advanced training or education as an ACNP or NP, along with a valid license in the state of Indiana.  1-3 years of experience in a ACNP/NP role is preferred.
P-T, 40 hrs./pay; D/E
Deaconess Hospital is currently seeking one (1) part-time ACNP or PA to join its successful group of hospital physicians and mid-level providers. This p-t position will work 10-hour shifts, a mix of days/evenings, including weekends and holidays. This position extends the services of the Deaconess Care Group Hospitalists by providing comprehensive health assessments, determining diagnosis, plans and prescribing treatments and managing health care regimens in collaboration with the designated physician(s). Provides care to acutely ill patients in the hospitalized setting. This role includes the promotion of wellness, prevention of complications and management of acute and chronic conditions. Works autonomously as well as in collaboration with a variety of individuals to diagnose and manage health care problems. Serves as a health care resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate. The mid-level provider will practice in various sites within Deaconess Health System, including Deaconess Gateway Hospital and Deaconess Hospital. Fully integrated EMR system. The Deaconess Family Medicine Residency Program (current total of 18 Residents, but will be expanding to 24 Residents over the next three years) is seeking a BC FM physician to join their existing four faculty members. Potential candidates should possess strong teaching/leadership skills to work with our Residents. Two years of recent clinical experience preferred but not required. No competing residencies in the area. Responsible for staffing the Residents at the Residency and Family Medicine Center, assuring appropriate and safe patient care along with additional duties. This position involves approximately 15 shifts/month, working eight- and nine-hour shifts. 39,000 annual visits at Deaconess Gateway Hospital and 55,000 annual visits at Deaconess Hospital, a Level II trauma center. This hourly position will work approximately four day shifts/week; no weekends or holidays. Fully integrated EMR system (Epic). No call responsibility required. F-T, 72 hours/pay, night shift
The Deaconess Emergency Department is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide services under the direction of a physician to patients in the emergency department at Deaconess Gateway Hospital (but is expected to work at the main campus ED as needed). Holiday rotation is also required. Rotating weekends depending on scheduling need.  This employed position provides competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS required within 12 months of hire.

Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Deaconess Clinic Hematology/Oncology Department. The NP will be working with Drs. Ahmed, Braden and Kodali in the office and assisting with inpatient consultations and rounding. They will also oversee chemotherapy infusions at the Deaconess Infusion Centers located at the Chancellor Center and Deaconess Clinic-Downtown. There are no on-call responsibilities with this position. This employed position offers excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Fully integrated EMR system (Epic) between clinics and hospitals. Candidates must be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP.
3 F-T positions available, 80 hrs/pay (Will consider NP’s interested in working part-time)
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking three (3) full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioners to join its new and exciting Post-Acute Care Transitions program.  The manager will consider NP’s interested in working part-time.  One full-time NP will be stationed and share time between Pine Haven Health & Rehab and Solarbron.  Another full-time NP will be stationed and share time between Good Samaritan Home and Signature Healthcare and another NP will be stationed and share time between Mt. Vernon Nursing & Rehabilitation and West Park Rehabilitation Center.  Mid-level providers will provide acute care to these patients and work collaboratively with skilled nursing personnel and Deaconess Health System personnel to create and improve post-acute care transitions across the continuum of care.  Enjoy a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.  Providers will utilize a fully integrated EMR system (Epic).

P-T, 48 hours/pay; Monday-Wednesday
Deaconess Clinic is currently seeking a part-time ACNP or FNP to join their staff in the GI Department. This position will provide support to the GI outpatient office at Deaconess Clinic. Typical working hours will be working Monday-Wednesday, 8-hour shifts, some variation possible. On call responsibilities may vary based on coverage needs. The ACNP/FNP will primarily work in the office setting on weekdays. Master’s degree with advanced training or education as an ACNP or FNP, along with a valid license in the state of Indiana. Experience in a ACNP/NP role is preferred.

The practice is a mixture of outpatient and inpatient. Call coverage is 1:6. Candidates must have ERCP experience and EUS experience is preferred but not required. Deaconess is seeking a Medical Director who will be responsible for the medical direction of the Palliative Care Services for Deaconess Health System, directly prescribing care when appropriate and in collaboration with the patients' attending physicians.
